The standout tender from last week is the Open University’s £35m contract for an integrated HR, finance and student record system. The university hopes the software will form a key part of its digital transformation programme leading to a new operating model. Firms have until 9 March to bid for the contract.

The biggest award of the week is a £20m contract for the delivery of a new multi digital tax platform for HMRC. In addition to the technology, the contract includes training for permanent staff. Equal Experts UK will deliver the project.
