The biggest govtech deals of the week (14/04/20)

Buyer: Cambridge, Huntingdonshire and South Cambridgeshire Councils
Title: Pre-tender for a cloud SaaS based HR and payroll system
Lowdown: After two consecutive weeks in which we were able to identify just one pre-tender notice, this week we’ve found three. This may suggest a slight uptick in mid-term tech planning – although we will have to wait to see if this represents an anomaly or a trend. One of the three pre-tender notices issued over the last seven days comes from a series of councils in Cambridge that are looking to put in place a cloud-based HR and payroll system. The value of the contract is yet to be established, but details on how to express interest as a prospective supplier can be found here.
