The lowdown: CCS has unveiled plans to put in place a framework covering electronic (e) disclosure and review services. “eDisclosure” is a term used in litigation to describe the process through which digital documents, including emails, texts, and databases, are obtained. The framework is expected to be worth £18m and would allow Whitehall departments and the wider public sector to access eDisclosure services.

The lowdown: BT has secured the single largest award of the week: a £20.3m deal to develop a full-fibre network linking up 1,400 public sector sites across Leeds. According to the contract notice, the deal is “based on two components, an Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) for the use of the network fibre elements for 25 years and a services contract for the hardware and managed service overlay with an initial term of seven years and option to extend by three years”.
