The biggest tender of the week has been established by the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative, which is launching a framework for the provision of healthcare performance analytics tools. The deadline for applications is 13 May and the framework is worth up to £20m.

Oracle has won one of the largest contracts of the week: a £4.2m deal to supply Newham Council with a licence to use its “Fusion” cloud services. The contract was awarded on 2 April and will last for at least five years.
