Top five tenders

The Ministry of Defence has issued one of the biggest notices of the week: a £60m tender for an inventory management service. The tender page is light on detail, but registered suppliers can access more information here. Businesses have until 12 September to apply.

Prior Information Notices

This week’s biggest PIN comes from Transport for London, which is looking to establish a framework to cover services from resellers specialising in hardware, software and cloud computing services, such as consulting and support maintenance. The framework could be worth up to £160m.

Top five awards

CAE Technology Services has landed one of the single biggest deals of the week: a £10m contract to supply the University of Birmingham with a unified communications telephony system. The deal was inked at the end of last year and will run for five years.
