The top 10 tenders
The biggest tender of the week is the Northern Irish energy department’s open competition to support its digital transformation programme. The department is searching for companies that can provide app development, technical delivery support, testing and a geographic information system. The competition as a whole is worth £150m and bidders have until 4 July to apply.

The top 10 awards
The biggest single award of the week goes to health tech firm Cerner. Chester Hospital NHS trust has awarded the firm nearly £15m to develop an electronic patient record system. Leeds and York trust has also commissioned a similar system, paying Careworks £3m to deliver the project.
