Top five tenders
Oxfordshire County Council has issued the biggest tender of the week: a £10m contract to supply rural businesses with super-fast broadband infrastructure. Bidders have until 5 December to apply, and must be prepared to roll out the infrastructure by 31 March 2020. The contract lasts eight years and one month.

Top five awards
Japanese electronics giant Nicoh has won the biggest award of the week: a multi-million pound contract to supply The Manchester Airport Group with IT project support services. There’s little detail on the nature of the tendered work, but it’s likely to relate to the airport’s £1bn overhaul.
